Billy Graham TV Special Programme
Four months before Franklin Graham’s 2020 Tour in the United Kingdom, seven venues cancelled their contracts with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. The venues received pressure from people who disagree with the BGEA’s unwillingness to compromise biblical beliefs on human sexuality, even though the Tour’s aim was to share a message of God’s love with the people of the UK. Freedom of religion and speech was on the line, and the BGEA stood firm to ensure that the Gospel would be proclaimed in the UK.
After a months-long legal battle, five venues rescheduled tour dates. In 2024, Franklin Graham preached the Good News of Jesus Christ to thousands in Birmingham and Glasgow, and in 2025, the God Loves You Tour will return to the UK in London. Despite opposition, the Gospel remains unsilenced.
