Photos: Prayers Answered and Hearts Transformed in Manchester

Months of prayer and preparation across the North West came to fruition on Saturday 3 October when the God Loves You Tour came to the Co-op Live in Manchester.
For years, local Christians have prayed for younger generations to come to Christ. On the night of the tour, a group of these pastors and church leaders met with Franklin Graham backstage.
The excitement started long before the doors opened. Groups of young people arrived in coaches in anticipation of a blessed time together.
Michael W. Smith led the arena in worship and thousands of voices filled the room, lifting up the sweet sound of praise to Heaven.
Before Franklin Graham took the stage, Charity Gayle gave the audience a glimpse of the message to come. She sang about the power of the Name, and the blood, and the power of Jesus.
From the floor to the upper tiers, 10,400 people packed the Co-op Live to hear the Gospel message.
Franklin Graham told those in attendance that lasting hope and purpose can only be found in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. He said, “[God] is offering you a new life, a new beginning. … Come while you can.”
Over 800 people responded to the Gospel and put their faith in Jesus Christ.
Many counsellors had prepared for this moment through the Christian Life and Witness Course. On Saturday 3 October, they put that training into practice. Each new believer received a Bible and resources to help them take their next steps of faith.
With parents and guardians close by, counsellors prayed with children who wanted to ask Jesus into their lives. Children received age-appropriate resources to help them learn more about God’s love and keep growing in their faith at home and in church.
We praise God for all He did at the God Loves You Tour in Manchester. Please pray for local churches as they disciple hundreds of new believers across the North West.
