On this week’s new episode of her Fearless podcast, Cissie Graham Lynch reminds us that what we choose to consume is always shaping us.
While recently celebrating the anniversary of her grandfather’s homegoing, Cissie came across a social media video of Billy Graham that shared the hope of eternal life in the face of grief. But where this video pointed to the truth of Scripture, another video Cissie saw simply talked about how death should motivate us to live life to the fullest.
“When we start watching these videos 24/7—plus all the other information we’re taking in—we are either going to hear how the world handles things, or how we should handle things through a Biblical worldview,” Cissie says. “The world grieves without an anchor, and as believers in Jesus Christ we are to grieve with the promise of eternity.”
