On March 2, 2018, Billy Graham’s funeral was held under a white tent outside the Billy Graham Library in his hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina, US.
He had passed away peacefully on Feb. 21 at age 99. In that moment, Franklin Graham shared, his father “embarked on a journey he had been looking forward to all of his life—a journey from earth to heaven.”
Many at the funeral, from pastors to authors to musicians, shared memories of America’s Pastor.
Billy Graham’s sister and all five of his children also told stories of this world-renowned evangelist as they knew him best—a brother, father, teacher and comforter.
